HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN SEA MOSS GEL:
🧼 Step 1: Rinse thoroughly

• Wash the sea moss 2–3 times with spring or alkaline water to remove sand, salt, and debris.

💧 Step 2: Soak it overnight

• Place sea moss in a bowl and cover with water. Let it soak for 10-20 hours. It will expand and soften.

⚡ Optional Add-In: Add a squeeze of lime to help with taste and neutralize ocean smell.

🌀 Step 3: Blend

• Add soaked sea moss and slowly add new alkaline water to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

❄️ Step 4: Store it

• Transfer to a glass jar with a lid. Keep refrigerated for up to 3–4 weeks. Can be frozen in cubes for longer storage!
