Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note: occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated every step of the way.

Once your package has been shipped and tracking is provided, Common Cense is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered packages. If any issues arise during transit, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) directly for support.

We are happy to assist you with tracking updates or help file a claim if needed—but all delivery-related concerns must be resolved with the carrier.
